On a somewhat related note, I took the opportunity of site moves and updates to migrate all the old MIC forum data over to its own account, under Maple Ink. The forum overall has been upgraded to phpBB3 as well.

Things have been sort of slow, but people still seem to post now and then.

For my own part, i have been busy over the past year or so with graduation, moving across the country, work, and then another move (within Toronto, but still…) and a bunch of personal stuff.

But lately I’ve really been missing the connectedness I used to feel with the online art & comic community and would really like to work towards an active presence once more. As I ended up mentioning on the Maple Ink forum today, i would really like to see this happen and would like to hear from creators in the community about what they’d like to see, as far as management of the forum, info on the blog, etc.  If you’d like to be heard, give me a shout either by responding to this thread at the Maple Ink forums, or respond to this post.
